Here is a list of items the Trooper needs to have, but not necessary in one go. Some are basic things which you will need to get, even to be in the camp.

• Trousers, Sky blue, mounted pattern.
  
• Cavalry Shell Jacket.
• Period shirt regulation white muslin or civilian pattern.
• Braces.
• Saber belt and keeper, Holster, buckle.
• Carbine sling and swivel hook.
• Cap pouch.
• Carbine cartridge box.
• Sharpes or Smiths Carbine.
• Bummer.
• Boots, period style square toe black.
• Poncho.
• Greatcoat, Sky Blue Cavalry.
• Sabre.
• Revolver.
• Gauntlets, white.
• Canteen.
• McClellan Saddle.
• Horse Blanket.
• Bridle.
• Head collar.
• Rains.
• A Frame Tent
• Lantern
• Tin Cup
• Tin Plate
• Knife and Fork, Period

By buying some of the basic kit, it will enable you to take part in the Living History camp life.
